Cafe Majestic
On the 17th of December 1921 a luxurious Café called “Elite” opened its doors, designed by the architect João Queirós. located on Santa catarina Street, right in the heart of the city.
More than just a Café, the “Majestic” tells the history of Oporto. the Oporto of the twenties, of political gatherings and debates on new ideas. it was also the “Belle Epoche” period, a time of writers and artists. Address: Rua de Santa Catarina, 112 – Porto – Portugal
